Coaching

Our desire is to help people and organizations to reach their potential by solving problems, defining priorities and developing strategies that work.

Personal Leadership

The commitment to become a disciple of Christ by fully integrating faith and leadership into every area in my life.

Life Plan: The development of priorities in every major area of our lives so we can define what is really important and make sure we are saying No to everything else.

Spiritual Growth: Creating a workable plan for my own spiritual maturity and that of my family.

Character Values: Establishing the habits that maintain integrity in every area of my life that allows me to reach my potential and make a difference in the lives of others.

Increasing Margin: The daily discipline of making sure we have enough, spiritual, emotional and physical capacity to meet the ever increasing demands on our lives.

Reaching Potential: How to move beyond mere success and strive for excellence in all that we do.

Marriage/Family: Practical solutions when things are just not working at home, and you need help with painful relationships or difficult parenting.

Church Leadership

Creating a shared leadership model to equip and empower all church leaders for the greatest impact for the gospel.

Contextual Factors: Evaluate the alignment between who you are already reaching in comparison to the demographics of your immediate community.

Discipleship Platforms: Leverage technology and off-site groups to help equip people to grow in their faith without requiring them to come to the campus.

Missional Network: Create a partnership with other churches, corporate sponsors, non-profits, schools and governmental resources to change your city.

Executive Leadership: Provide best practice leadership development to senior leaders and staff to maximize their ability to create effective discipleship strategies.

Ministry Teams: Help develop shared models for church leadership that leverages collaboration with all leaders that equips them to live out their calling the in the church scattered.

Staff Alignment: To ensure that you have the right leaders in RIGHT place to help you take it to the next level rather than simply maintaining what you already have.

Leadership Development:

  • Teamwork: To create a culture of collaboration where everyone can make their maximum individual contribution that will benefit the team and not just their department.
  • Delegation: To create a culture of empowerment so that decisions can be made and problems solved without pushing everything up the line for approval.
  • Meeting Effectiveness: Move beyond meetings that are for your information and everyone’s input to tactical problem solving and strategic development.

Corporate Leadership

The absolute conviction that I have been called into the ministry by merging work and faith to make a profit so I can then make a difference.

Leadership Development: The process of identifying, developing and selecting the best high potential leaders for your entire organization.

Effective Teamwork: This includes clearly defining the purpose of every team, selecting the right people, conflict resolution and meeting effectiveness. We primarily use best practice content from Patrick Lencioni, Forbes and Harvard Business Review.

Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that your people, priorities and process are effectively executing your strategy.  Clear communication and consistent feedback are two critical factors.

Leading Change: The major reason most organizations fail in dealing with change is they are over managed and under led. Leaders must be able to leverage change as an asset and not a liability with the new realities created by changing technology and competitive globalization.

Personal Productivity: You must learn how to lead yourself before you can ever become effective in leading others. It is critical that you know all the disciplines involved in goal setting, time management and execution.

Organizational Culture: It is important that you define your core values and create a process that integrates them into your organizational culture. Our purpose is to make a profit so we can then make a difference.

Missional Calling: The merging of work and faith so that I can move people towards Christ and help them reach their personal potential.

Regularly scheduled personal or video meetings can help you identify goals and create action items. These sessions center on identifying your personal passions, life priorities and organizational goals that can be transferred into a workable plan. On-site visits are also available. A three-month minimum is recommended for new clients.

Your initial session is free with no obligation, so we can both determine if we can actually help you. We require no contracts so that you can ensure that this is working for you without any long- term commitments.
