Chris Bell

Chris Bell is a dynamic pastor with over 20 years of ministry expertise. Chris loves helping people develop an understanding and love of the Word. Chris has been a Youth Pastor, Church Planter, and Campus Pastor before becoming Lead Pastor of 3Circle Church in the Baldwin/Mobile County area. 3Circle Church is a four-campus multisite church with thousands in weekly attendance.

Chris has been featured in national publications like Outreach Magazine, and in conferences, including Sticky Teams, Exponential East Conference, and Velocity Conference. Chris also served as a coach with the national leadership coaching network, Courage to Lead. An honorable moment for Chris was his invitation to serve as the guest Chaplain for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. He also released his first book in 2019 titled, “Broken Crown,” which was a #1 seller on Amazon for 6 weeks.

Chris is married to Nan and they have three children. He studied Theology and Communications at the University of Mobile and Luther Rice Seminary. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and watching Alabama football.

Noel Fenderson

Noel Fenderson is a Christian Leader with a mission in life to know God and make Him known. He is an entrepreneur with a passion for helping others grow professionally and personally, and specifically has a heart to merge the secular and sacred to make a profit and make a difference. Noel is co-founder and a partner of the Church Scattered Network. Noel has also built multiple multi-million dollar businesses, with his primary passion to live out the gospel in the mission field platform of the secular world.

Noel loves to equip and encourage other believers to live out the gospel in the church scattered at work, home, and in their communities. He is also a partner in Exalt Digital Marketing, My Town Movers, My Town Roofing, Gravity Memphis and many more; and he is the co-founder and president of two nonprofits, My Town Miracles and MENistry. He is a husband and a father of four and serves as a Reserve Police Officer. Business is the mechanism where Noel does ministry.

Blake Stanley

Blake Stanley has served on Executive Teams ranging in size from 2,500 -12,000 in weekend attendance over the last 20+ years. Currently Blake is serving as the Executive Pastor of 3Circle Church, the second fastest growing church in Alabama.

3Circle has also been named to the 100 fastest growing churches in America list on a couple of different occasions. His area of expertise orbits around implementing simple systems that work and maximizing operational efficiency to help organizations arrive at their desired outcome. Blake has been married to his wife Janna for a couple of decades and some change, has 4 beautiful children, and an adorable grand baby.

Dan Greer

My passion is to help equip believers to grow in their faith and then leverage every platform in life to reach the lost. Making disciples has been my calling as a christian leader for fifty years and fuels the vision for creating the church scattered network.

I have a unique background that enables me to help in this extremely important task. I have been a very committed Christian since I was 20 and was very fortunate to have someone personally disciple me. I was already in the “ministry” working in a corporate career.

For 30 years I have also served in staff leadership roles in both high-level mega-churches and innovative church plants. In most of those cases, my role was an executive pastor.

I have helped churches successfully transition from older models that were no longer effective to helping in leading two church plants starting in schools that both grew to over 1500 using multi-site models. I developed coachingchurches.com to help churches become more effective.
